MTM 2020 Event

"Women make up half of the human resources available to any country. If that half is not being channelled into the economy and not being made part of decision-making processes, then that country's economic potential is bound to suffer. As business leaders and policy-makers seek to navigate their way through the current crisis, they need the talents of both women and men more than ever to come up with the best solutions."
–Saadia Zahidi

When you choose to support Meet the Motivators "Celebrating Women in Leadership" you are choosing to be on the right side of history. Women still have the challenge of not making what men make for the same job and attaining the promotions that will place them in leadership roles. But, women have made progress, and they can make more.

With the current attention the business world, the legal community, and the media are paying to the concept of equality and gender fairness, there has never been a better time to promote the positive need for more women in leadership roles.

Globally, Canadian women rank 1st in terms of involvement with newer businesses, ahead of the U.S., Britain, and other innovation-based economies; and rank 6th for established businesses.

The MTM team is proud to present our fifth installment of the Meet the Motivators Symposium. We are enthusiastically preparing an unforgettable program for you this year, and we look forward to your support. Please note that MTM2K20 will continue to give back to the community by supporting charitable organizations such as CAMH as well as disenfranchised youth.

We would like to thank all our supporting networks such as 100 accomplished Black Canadian women.
